Payment policy

At Jumpstart Preschool, we are committed to providing high-quality early childhood education in a nurturing and supportive environment. To ensure the smooth operation of our school and to maintain transparency with families, please review our payment policy below:

Preschool Fees

(a) Preschool fees can be paid in a maximum of 3 instalments and are non-refundable under any condition.

(b) Preschool fees cover regular program hours. Additional fees may apply for extended care, special programs, or extracurricular activities.

Learning Center Fees

(a) Learning center fees are to be paid on a monthly basis and are due on the 5th of each month.

(b) Payments must be made by the due date to avoid late fees.

Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

(a) Credit/Debit Card (via our online portal)

(b) Bank Transfer/ACH

At Jumpstart Preschool, we strive to offer the best learning environment and service to our children and their families. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require parents to cancel a child’s enrollment or participation in a program. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

1. Admission & Registration
Admission, program, tuition and registration fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances once paid. These fees are charged to secure a child’s spot and cover administrative processing and are therefore not eligible for cancellation.

2. Special Programs or Event Fees

Fees for special events (workshops, field trips, summer camps, etc.) are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Jumpstart Preschool. If an event is canceled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Duplicate Payments:

In case of any duplicate payment, kindly notify us with proof of transaction. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Mode of Refund (if applicable):

All approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment (via Razorpay or associated gateway).

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.
