She has been instrumental in conducting lot of preschool teacher training programs and workshops. She believes in partnering with parents as only the school and parents together can bring the holistic development in children with the help of desirable experiences. She has conducted lot of hands-on workshops and training programs for parents and teachers both.

Sneha aspired to be a teacher right from her childhood and used to engage in pretend play where she used to be the teacher making all her friends students. So when she was given an opportunity to start her own business during her management course the obvious choice that came to her mind was that of starting a school.

Mrs. Sneha Tapadia learnt to fill the unorganized gap between knowledge and the way it is imparted by adapting the right facilitators, teaching methodologies, proper infrastructure and modern  technology to prepare a conductive learning environment for children. She truly believes that quality education is the key to a better future. She says, “It is essential to focus on healthy parent partnership, customizing education to preserve the uniqueness of every child, uplifting the skills of educators at large and making everyday interesting and exciting for the child” She feels empowered to work with early years to shape the future of tomorrow.

He comes from a family who has always supported education & also leads a trust named “Bhagirath Tapadia Trust” that primarily works for the underprivileged children.

After graduating in instrumentation engineering, his learning has been completely hands on since last 10 years. He has been the territory head for Early Childhood Association for past 3 years which is a national association that works for the early years. He has recently elevated his role to that of a National Core Committee member of ECA.

He has been instrumental in driving Jumpstart towards excellence due to which Jumpstart has been consistently awarded as one of the best preschool of Pune.
