We encourage parents and guardians to first raise their concern with the relevant center manager or staff member. Most issues can be resolved quickly through open and honest communication.

Step 2: Formal Complaint

If the concern is not resolved informally, or if the matter is more serious, a formal written complaint can be submitted via email to mychild@jumpstartpreschool.in.

Questions about the Terms of Service should be sent to us at contact@jumpstartpreschool.in

Please include:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Details of the concern (with dates/times if applicable)

  • Any prior steps taken to address the issue

Step 3: Acknowledgment and Review

  • The complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days.

  • Our Grievance Officer/Administrator will review the concern thoroughly and may request a meeting with the complainant for clarification. She can also be contacted on +919770804080

  • A resolution or update will be provided within 7–10 working days.
